Bridger grew up in the Great Basin desert of Utah and from a young age he knew he wanted to spend his life in the wild. Chasing everything from Yukon moose above the arctic circle, to quail by the border of Mexico. Bridger hunts and guides in Alaska, Wyoming, Arizona, and Utah. At a young age bridger was given a bird dog, a German wirehaired pointer, and would chase chukars in the surrounding hills. As he got older his passion for upland game hunting has exploded and brought him to several states and several species:
Chukar, blue grouse, and ruffed grouse hunting in his home state of Utah.
Sharptail grouse, Hungarian partridge, and Pheasants in Southern Idaho.
Sage grouse in Wyoming.
Gambel’s, Scaled and Mearns’ quail in Arizona.
Spruce grouse and ptarmigan in Alaska.
Bridger has 2 bird dogs, Roxy, a hearty german wire haired pointer. As well as Laya, a fun loving German shorthair pointer.
When Bridger is not hunting with his bird dogs or guiding for big game he spends his time on the lakes and creeks of Southern Utah guiding for Fremont River Guides.
“My passion for the outdoors has brought me to some incredible places, I love to spend time in the wild with friends and family more than anything, if it were not for them my life would look very different. Just trying to make more memories and go on more adventures!!”
